Ciara And Adam Lambert Coming To South Africa!!

Filed under : Africa, Lifestyle, Music

Rock and Pop fans are about to have their Christmas early when Adam Lambert performs in South Africa in November, thanks to Big Concerts.

It will be Adam’s first time in the country and he is scheduled to perform in Cape Town on the 13th at Grand Arena, Grand West and then at the Coca Cola Dome in Johannesburg on the 16th of November.

We can also thank Highveld Stereo, K-FM and M-Net for also making it happen.

Adam is known for his strong and striking voice which is mesmerizing; You will find yourself screaming your lungs out in song while he performs.

After leaving the idols 8th season, Adam became a household name by establishing himself and releasing his first album “For Your Entertainment” which sold over 2 million copies worldwide. Adam’s style is a combination of rock, funk, house and electro-pop  and includes some theatrical style in his performances.

With hits like “Whataya Want from me” and “If I had you” from his previous album and “Shady” or “Trespassing” from his new album, his South African fans are bound to dance!

He is the only American Idol contestant to headline a worldwide concert tour. Now if that’s not impressive then I don’t know what is. I’ve seen one of his performances and I must say he really knows how to light up the stage and own it.

He has numerous nominations to his name and has shared the stage with some of music’s greatest such as Queen, Bruno Mars, BC Jean and many more. His second album Trespassing is already doing well entering the number one spot on the Billboards 200 album chart. The LA Times ranked him 5th in their list of top 120 American Idol contestants. That is just how great he is, so we can’t wait for this one.

More info on him can be obtained from his website: Tickets for the tour range between: R315 to R515, Available at Computicket.

Also touching down is my Goodies singer, Ciara who will make an appearance at a top Johannesburg lounge and club, Hush in Rosebank on the 27th of September.

She recently released her HOT HOTTT video for her latest single, “Sorry” and is about to drop her album One Woman Army on the 4th of December.
