Bonang Wins “Reader’s Choice Glamour Woman Of The Year” Award 2012.

She’s the “Queen B of South Africa’s media industry and it would seem nothing will stop her from living that dream.

Renowned for her iconic fashion style, exquisiteness and meticulous presenting skills, Bonang Matheba epitomise a dream for most young South African women. This charismatic 25 year old has added one of the prestigious awards to her success. She has recently won Glamour Woman of the Year Reader’s choice award. Reader’s choice is voted by the public and Bonang is the first recipient for this award.

After winning the award she tweeted

“We did it, Thank you to every single person that voted for me in this Year’s Glamour women of the year awards…I WON!!!”  .

Yep, winning seems to be in her nature, hence she is such an inspiration to many young girls who look up to her. She promotes beauty, style and confidence in girls by being an ambassador for campaigns like LifestyleSA and Brutal fruit Glam Goddess.

She owns a production company ‘Bonang Matheba Entertainment’, hosts Beehive on Yfm and presents live on SABC1.

This elegant looking has certainly achieved a lot for her young age, and cites her mother as the power behind her success. This she revealed in one of the interviews by Glamour magazine. But most importantly, she also acknowledges the supports she gets from her fans and the public at large.

After winning the award, she later expressed her appreciation to the fans in her blog.

“I couldn’t have done this without you and your love and support is greatly appreciated; now we wait for the spectacular awards. I love you guys…I am who I am because of you! Love Queen B”.

This goes to show how Bonang values her fans and all the support she gets. With this humble attitude, coupled with striking looks and desire for success, Bonang is certainly destined for greater things
