WATCH NOW: Oprah Interviews Bobbi Kristina, Whitney Houston’s Daughter & Family!

A record 3.5 million number of viewers [myself included in the mix] tuned in this past Sunday evening to watch Oprah Winfrey’s 90-minute “Oprah’s Next Chapter” special on OWN. The much-anticipated interview was with Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina and Gary [Whitney Houston’s older brother] and his wife Patricia Houston [Whitney’s manager]...

According to the queen of media, Oprah, Whitney‘s family opened up for the first time since her death on February 11th, 2012.

The interview was definitely a tearjerker! Bobbi Kristina handled herself very well during the interview given the circumstances….

What we now know from Bobbi Kris is:

What’s getting her through the sudden passing of her mom, Whitney Houston:

My family. The Lord.

How she is doing?:

I’m doing good. “I’m doing as good as I possibly can at this point. I’m just trying to keep going.

Continuing Whitney’s legacy:

I have to carry on the legacy. We’re gonna do the singing thing. Some acting, some dancing. It’s a lot of pressure, but she prepared me for it.

Her favorite memory of Whitney

Seeing her on stage. Seeing her being Whitney Houston. Being who she is…

Anything she would like the world to know

That she [Whitney Houston] literally is an angel. I saw her hurt. I saw her cry.

Her last day with her mom
I said, “Come lay down with me.” She stayed with me all night and all day, rubbing my head. I slept in her arms. All day, all night.

Watch now:

One day at a time Bobbi Krissy, one day at a time….

Sit-down interview with Pat & Gary Houston.

If she thinks Bobby Brown was the blame for introducing the Whitney to drugs:

Pat: I don’t think that’s true. There was always so much outside interference, making it difficult for them to have a good relationship. You’re talking about two people who started out in the business very, very young. Bobby didn’t introduce Whitney to drugs…

If it is true that the family didn’t want him [Bobby Brown] there [at the funeral]:
Gary: No, he was supposed to be there.
