Little Rock, Arkansas is celebrating African Designer, Korto Momolu in a big, big, BIG way! A day in her honor!

She is so deserving because Korto puts her heart into her work! I know you have seen her on Bravo’s hit reality show, Project Runway 5 where is she was first runner-up [shoulda won I say!] and a fan favorite!

I heart Korto! She is an amazing fashion designer! Her clothing line is bananas! What I love about Korto’s line is that it is a chic clothing line for women of all sizes and shapes but has the richness of African textiles & colors. She also has a line of handbags, get a peek at some of them on the picture gallery below. You can get Korto’s line of handbags at Dillard’s nationwide.

Last Sunday, I was invited to the Cinderella FoundationFashion with a Purpose‘ Fashion Show featuring Project Runway Designers; Korto Momolu, Ra’mon-Lawrence, Zulema Griffin & Jerell Scott and Ghanaian designer Kwab Asamoah of Kustom Looks! It was an amazing fashion show…Korto got mad love & a standing ovation!
