Tyra Banks won her 2nd Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show – Informative. She beat Dr. Phil in this category!

Said Tyra on her twitter page about the hair she wore at the Emmys, “my emmy hair will b shorter but fake.man n airport saw my shorter hair n said”TyTy luv ur real hair”. i was like”It’s fake!” he was confused”…LOL!

Rachel Ray unseated four-time-winner Ellen DeGeneres in this category and scooped 2nd consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show – Entertainment. Kudos Rache! Ellen also lost to the ladies of The View in the Best Talk Show Host category…The View girls did not attend!

Rachel in plum embellished draped Donna Karan dress holds her Emmy in the pressroom. Love her make-up, especially her eye make-up!

On a low note, the award show averaged 2.2 million viewers on the CW Network…but looked like it was a fun night for the attendees!
