Bolt has bolted…again! At 19.19 seconds Usain Bolts sets another world record in the 200m race!

Usain “Lightning” Bolt is electrifying the world with his record shattering performances at the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin, Germany!

The awesome thing about Usain, who is Jamaican, is that he is shattering his own records! On Sunday he set a new world record when he ran the 100m in 9.58 seconds. He previously set the world record for the 100m at 9.69 seconds.

Now today, he beat his own previous record of 19.30seconds set in the 200m finals of the Beijing Games last summer. Dude set it at 19.19seconds!

Usain joins his Jamaican teammates to compete in Saturday’s 4×100m relay race.

Tomorrow he turns 23! Happy birthday Usain!
